Ford Motorcraft Vehicle Data Recorder (VDR)
Dearborn Group Technology completed engineering development and implementation of Ford Motor Company's Vehicle Data Recorder (VDR). The VDR works with Ford’s WDS/IDS to help identify hard to diagnose intermittent concerns that are difficult to duplicate in the service bay.
The Ford VDR, sold by Motorcraft, the quality parts provider for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles, was designed, developed and validated by DG Technology in a team effort with Snap-on, who provides the production and distribution of the VDR.
