Software Systems Developer

Job Description:

A software developer experienced in developing software applications with varied skills set.  Responsibilities include – Review requirements, Design, Implementation and Testing of a software product.  Motivated and self-learner required. Familiarity with various types of markup languages, style sheet tools and scripts needed. Experienced in In-Vehicle networking and familiarity with automotive protocols preferred.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic functions of software troubleshoot, design, code and test on assigned new features, change requests and defect fixes.
  • Establish and adhere to estimates in project work plan for assigned tasks.
  • Provide regular updates of assigned task progression to software lead for project planning, tracking and oversight.
  • Identify or propose product process or infrastructure improvements.
  • Interface with product development team.

Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to become an integral part of our Sales Team who demonstrates a high energy and a ‘take initiative’, friendly personality with a proven ability to expand sales from new and existing customers.  Although experience within the field would be ideal, we are more interested in a person that has the right attitude, aptitude and ability to grow sales within the vehicle diagnostic sector – someone who is willing to go that extra mile to deliver superb results.

The person in this role will be expected to travel to meet with customer prospects and existing customers. The candidate will also be expected to work inside the office developing leads and supporting all assigned customers in addition to visiting industry events and customer locations.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for establishing and increasing sales and customer satisfaction and achieving sales quotas at assigned levels.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities. Develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with the most growth potential.
  • Track all interactions with customers (prospective and existing) in customer database.
  • Keep senior management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, weekly sales and work plans and future actions to be taken.
  • Participate in regular meetings to present sales status of new and existing customer accounts.
  • Make professional sales presentations & product demonstrations to audiences.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Maintain high levels of product and customer knowledge.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates to senior managers.
  • Monitor competition and analyze competitor activity.
  • Attend sales conferences and industry marketing events.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Three or more years of inside/outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in previous job experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of basic transportation electronic technology or equivalent.
  • Understanding of vehicle communication systems and protocols used in the heavy duty truck and automotive industry (CAN, J1708, J1850, etc.) is preferred.
  • U.S. citizen or legal permission for continuous employment in the U.S.

Marketing Coordinator

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven success and  work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in use of  social media and e-commerce
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office, web analytics, Google Adwords, Magento, and WordPress
  • Familiar with necessary Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Report preparation – Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
