Effective 06/11/2026, we will officially discontinue support for our VSI-2534 hardware, which is now over 10 years old. To ensure optimal performance and security, we encourage customers to upgrade to our latest VSI NxGen PLUS, packed with CyberGuard^TM protection, advanced features and full compatibility.

What This Means for You

As technology evolves, older hardware cannot support the advanced software and security protocols required. Because the VSI-2534 hardware components are obsolete and not able to handle advanced communications, we have new hardware available to support the latest technology in the industry.

Please note for the VSI-2534:

• No Further Updates: The legacy hardware will not receive any further software updates or patches.
• System Requirements: Continued use of this device may result in compatibility issues and performance limitations.
